Ljubljana, Lake Bled
1 hour drive, 80 km. 4 hours easy city walk.
We take a short Ljubljana tour after arrival at Ljubljana Airport. Our city tour includes the Ljubljana River, Parliament building, Ljubljana University, Old square, Dragon Statue, Dragon Bridge, Tivoli Park, St.Nicholas Cathedral and Preseren Square. At the end of our tour, we move to Bled Lake, which is one of the most beautiful lakes in Europe, and we settle in our hotel. Then free time and dinner by the lake in the evening.
Triglav National Park, Soča Valley, Kobarid
After breakfast, our journey to the amazing Triglav National Park and Soča Valley begins. During our journey with amazing views, we will see dozens of points of interest. First, we visit the wooden chapel in memory of the Soviet citizens who lost their lives in the construction of the road. Then, we rise between Travnik and Prisojnik peaks and arrive at Vršič Pass, which is 1,611 meters high. After enjoying the breathtaking view of the Julian Alps here, we land on the Soča Valley. We take walks along the Soča River, which creates natural pools and canyons with its incredibly beautiful blue waters. Then we arrive at the town of Kobarid in the Soča Valley and settle in our hotel.
3 hours drive, 110 km. 2 hours easy walk in the nature.
6 hours medium difficulty hike, 13 km. 1.400 mt ascent, 1.400 mt. descent.
After having a short car trip after breakfast, we start our Krn trekking, one of the most special peaks of the Julian Alps. Offering a view of Triglav National Park with a height of 2,255 meters, hike to the Krn summit takes 6 kilometers. On the way back, we descend from the glacier valley along the northern slope from a different route. Transfer to the hotel and free time after arrival.
Piran, Postojna Cave and return
4 hours drive, 300 km. 3 hours easy city walk.
After breakfast, we leave our hotel and move to the beautiful Mediterranean town of Piran. You will love to get lost in the streets of the city, which was ruled by Genoese and Venetians for a long time. After having lunch here, we go to Postojna Cave. The karstic formation, one of the longest caves in the world, with a length of 24 kilometers, is a very interesting point. After the cave visit, we move to Ljubljana Airport and say goodbye to see you.
